Two interchangeable stainless steel needles: 0.8 mm fine needle for thin liquids (vinegar, citrus juice, broth), and 1.6 mm wide needle for viscous mixtures (mustard rubs, honey-sriracha glazes, garlic butter). Integrated cleaning brush features stainless steel shaft, tapered tip, and tightly packed nylon bristles sized to fit both needle bores and barrel interior. Ergonomic handle shape supports thumb-and-finger control for precise pressure modulation during injection.
