This chain adjuster tensioner set offers dependable performance for Stihl’s mid-to-large frame chainsaws: 044, 046, 064, 066, MS440, MS460, MS640 and MS660. Each unit consists of a tensioner screw with integrated shoulder and washer, made from heat-treated carbon steel. The set includes two identical assemblies, fully compatible with OEM part 1127 007 1003. Designed for repeated field use, the components withstand high clamping forces and thermal cycling typical of prolonged cutting sessions. Installation requires only a standard 5 mm hex key—no special tools or calibration needed.
