Durable EVA Squat Wedge Set

This set contains two high-density EVA foam squat wedges, each measuring 15 cm long × 12 cm wide × 5 cm thick (±1–3 cm tolerance). Their closed-cell structure delivers excellent wear resistance and long-term resilience against sweat, impact and daily handling. The surface incorporates subtle stretch-line patterning to increase friction and prevent foot slippage during explosive or heavy lifts. Intended for functional strength training, they assist in achieving correct squat stance and bar path by correcting heel lift limitations — leading to stronger glute and quad engagement and reduced forward lean. As a slant board, they allow controlled bodyweight or assisted calf stretching to address chronic tightness and aid in neuromuscular recovery. Their black EVA finish is minimalist, low-maintenance and suitable for all training environments — from commercial gyms to compact home setups.
