Egg Crate Foam Aluminum Tool Case

Measures 29.0 × 20.5 × 10.5 cm (11.4 × 8.1 × 4.1 in); net weight approx. 2.3 kg. Outer shell: brushed-finish aluminum alloy with reinforced hinge-free lid integration. Interior: pre-cut 25 mm egg crate foam grid (removable) over 15 mm firm base foam — both layers are static-dissipative and odourless. Integrated carry handle with textured TPR grip. Secure two-point key locking mechanism. Base fitted with four replaceable, high-durometer rubber buffers. The foam configuration supports rapid reconfiguration: egg crate peaks can be individually removed with scissors or a utility knife to create custom cavities — no adhesive or mounting required. Base foam remains intact to maintain consistent compression support regardless of layout changes. Lid seals tightly via precise metal-to-metal alignment, limiting dust ingress during storage. Used by UK broadcast technicians for ENG kit spares, dental hygienists for portable sterilisation trays, and beauty educators for demonstration kits — all requiring consistent, repeatable protection across variable payloads and frequent redeployment cycles.
