Evening Primrose Seeds are subjected to cold pressure obtaining an oil that stands out for its medicinal and healing properties Evening primrose is a formula rich in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids: Linoleic Acid (CLA 70%) and Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA 10%), both from the series of Omega 6 acids. These fatty acids are vitally important in cell structure, development of the nervous system, reproduction, etc., and especially as direct precursors of Gamma-Linolenic Acid and prostaglandins, substances that regulate processes as important as blood pressure, respiration, etc. It is recommended to ingest for Children: 1 pearl a day. For Adults: Take 2 to 3 pearls a day Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
