Flame-Retardant Adjustable PIR Switch

Measures 86 mm × 86 mm × 35 mm and weighs approx. 120 g. Runs on standard UK mains voltage (220–240 V AC). Compatible with incandescent, LED and fluorescent lamps — rated for up to 1000 W resistive or 300 W LED load. Features a manually adjustable delay timer (10 seconds to 15 minutes) controlled by a front-panel rotary dial. Constructed with flame-retardant polycarbonate (PC) housing for compliance with basic electrical safety standards in domestic and light commercial premises. Employs passive infrared (PIR) sensing to detect human motion within a 120° horizontal arc and up to 7 m distance. Automatically energises connected lighting on detection and de-energises after the preset delay if no further motion occurs — delivering fully autonomous, hands-free control. Intended for fixed indoor installation in locations such as garages, staircases, hallways, utility rooms and storage areas — particularly effective where lighting demand is sporadic, visibility is limited, or frequent manual switching is impractical or undesirable.
