This 2-piece drawer front installation jig is made entirely from high-quality stainless steel with a resilient silver surface coating. Each unit measures approximately 70 mm (2.8 in) at the base, 50 mm (2 in) at the top, 50 mm (2 in) in height, and includes an 82 mm (3.2 in) precision-threaded rod; clamping surface thickness is 2 mm (0.078 in). It incorporates a smoothly operating movable clamping head, a soft-touch round plum knob for intuitive control, and a flat anti-slip barrier pad that safeguards finished surfaces. The thickened clamping structure ensures rigidity and resistance to permanent deformation. All functionality is self-contained — no add-on parts needed — and drilling depth is set by adjusting the limit ring’s position against the drill sleeve.
