Foam Silicone Metal Plastic Seals Kit

All-in-one suspension service solution for 32mm and 34mm mountain bike forks. Includes five functional categories: high-density foam rings (2 pcs with silicone O-ring or 10 pcs foam-only), iron fluoride metal bushings (4 pcs per set), plastic bushings (2 pcs), and a composite sealing unit integrating an X-ring, O-ring, and two oil seals. Foam density ensures controlled bottom-out resistance without excessive stiffness; silicone O-ring adds radial stability and temperature resilience. Metal bushings feature precise ID/OD dimensions and uniform 1.5cm height for consistent alignment. Plastic bushings are dimensionally scaled per stanchion size — 32mm version: 11.5 × 3.6 × 3.6 cm; 34mm version: 13.5 × 13.7 × 3.7 cm. Sealing unit dimensions match stanchion diameter: 32mm fit uses 4.3cm OD / 3.2cm ID / 1.2cm H; 34mm fit uses 4.5cm OD / 3.4cm ID / 1.4cm H. Weights reflect material differences: foam kits 13–16g, metal sets 86–94g, sealing unit 24g.
