Material The inner core is graphite paper. Flexible pressure graphite packing is mainly made from various reinforced graphite wires, metal wires (steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon fiber, preoxidized wire, glass yarn), and other reinforced graphite wires used as raw materials. Features Good chemical stability with long service life. Chemically inert over the entire 014 pH range. Designed for services involving surface speeds and temperatures higher than those that PTFE packing can handle. Low Friction Coefficient Graphite packing has an extremely low friction coefficient and can provide longterm rust and wear resistance. Widely used in bearings, seals, and related components. Good Chemical Stability Graphite packing does not react with many chemicals at room temperature and can operate stably in harsh chemical environments. Use scenarios Sealing in equipment that operates at surface speeds and temperatures beyond the capabilities of PTFE packing, such as certain pumps and valves. Chemical processing equipment handling aggressive media across the full 014 pH range, requiring chemical inertness. Bearings and seals in machinery where low friction and longterm resistance to rust and wear are important for reliability.
