Dimensions: 15 cm height, with length options of 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and 90 cm. Weight ranges from 0.8 kg (30 cm) to 2.4 kg (90 cm), ensuring portability without sacrificing structural integrity. The flat base anchors securely during seated or supine stretches, while the rounded top introduces graduated instability for standing and kneeling balance drills. For safe use: always position on a flat, dry, non-slip surface; initiate practice near a wall or immovable object; use curved side exclusively for intentional balance work.
