High-Precision Magnetic Encoder Module for Angle Measurement with ABZ U Output

The MT6826S is a member of the fourth-generation magnetic angle encoder IC family. It utilizes anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) technology and proprietary signal processing techniques to achieve 0° to 360° angle measurement. The chip consists of a pair of AMR Wheatstone bridges and a signal processing ASIC circuit. As the magnetic field parallel to the chip surface rotates, the chip can output angular signals such as ABZ, UVW, and PWM. To overcome precision loss caused by magnets and installation, the MT6826S provides a simple self-calibration function that achieves angle accuracy of less than ±0.07° after calibration. The MT6826S chip is suitable for various high-speed and high-precision control applications, such as closed-loop stepper motors. 1. Based on AMR technology, provides absolute angle measurement from 0° to 360° 2. Operating voltage: 3.3–5.0 V 3. Operating temperature: –40°C to +125°C 4. System delay as low as 2 µs; supports speeds up to 120,000 RPM 5. Incremental ABZ output supports programmable resolution from 1 to 1024 lines 6. Incremental UVW output supports pole pairs from 1 to 16 7.
