Instant AP100 H12 Carbon Filter

A direct-replacement filter designed and tested for the Instant AP100 portable air purifier. Physical footprint matches OEM specifications (±1.5 mm tolerance), with a robust polypropylene frame ensuring structural integrity after repeated insertions. Weight is ~280g. Internally, it integrates three co-engineered layers: an H12 HEPA filter meeting EU filtration class standards, a dedicated activated carbon matrix (not a thin coating), and a plasma ion–activated surface treatment. All materials comply with RoHS and REACH requirements for indoor use. Removes 99.97% of airborne particles ≥0.3 µm — including combustion-derived ultrafines, textile lint, and airborne allergens — while the carbon layer continuously absorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and malodorous gases. Plasma ion enhancement further improves capture of nanoparticles and inhibits microbial accumulation on the filter surface. Recommended for use in well-insulated UK homes, home gyms, study nooks, or rental flats where tenants seek non-permanent air quality solutions. Not rated for medical-grade isolation or cleanroom applications.
