Layered Orthopaedic Heel Alignment Wedge

Three-component modular system: base wedge (0.45"), plus two 0.2" layers. All layers share identical footprint (approx. 90 mm x 55 mm) and heel cup depth (12 mm). Material: Medical-grade polyurethane foam with 25% compression set resistance after 10,000 cycles — verified per BS EN ISO 17192:2018 testing protocols. Surface texture engineered for static coefficient of friction ≥0.5 against common shoe insole fabrics (nylon, polyester, leather). Wedge orientation is clearly embossed: ‘M’ for medial, ‘L’ for lateral, ‘B’ for base — enabling rapid identification without visual aids. No cutting, heating, or adhesive modification required. Compatible with UK-standard shoe sizes EU 36–48 (UK 3–13), including wide-fit and diabetic footwear models with removable insoles. Not CE-marked as a medical device; classified as a Class I wellness aid under UK MDR 2020 — intended for symptomatic relief, not disease treatment or surgical rehabilitation.
