LSM6DSO 6-Axis Motion Sensor Module

This 6-axis motion sensor module implements the ST LSM6DSO system-in-package, combining a 3D digital accelerometer and a 3D digital gyroscope. It offers four selectable acceleration full-scale ranges (±2g, ±4g, ±8g, ±16g) and five angular velocity full-scale ranges (±125, ±250, ±500, ±1000, ±2000 dps). Operates at 3.3 V nominal supply (1.62 V minimum), with support for SPI (≤10 MHz), I²C (≤400 kHz fast mode), and MIPI I3C SM serial interfaces—including auxiliary SPI for independent OIS data streaming and hardware-level data sync with the application processor. Integrated functionalities include pedometer (step detection and counting), tilt detection, motion recognition, and standard interrupt generation (free fall, wake-up, 6D/4D direction, single/double click). A programmable finite state machine allows custom logic using internal and external sensor inputs, and an embedded temperature sensor supports thermal calibration. The PCB is made from PC material; minor silkscreen differences between batches are normal and non-functional.
