LV8729 Stepper Motor Driver Silent

Compact LV8729 stepper motor driver module measuring approximately 1.5 x 2 cm and weighing just 5 g. Built on a four-layer PCB for improved signal integrity and thermal performance. Supports microstepping subdivisions from full-step (1) up to 1/128, with optimal silent operation achieved at 1/64 or 1/128 steps. Operates within a wide input voltage range of 6–36 V DC, with a recommended supply voltage of 12 V. Delivers a default drive current of 0.8 A and a rated current capacity of 1.8 A. Includes integrated heat sink and adhesive sticker for secure mounting. Requires correct polarity during installation — reverse connection may permanently damage the chip. For reliable long-term operation, active cooling (e.g., large fan) is strongly advised alongside the included heat sink.
