M8 to M6 Reducer Thread Insert Sleeve

Each sleeve has an outer thread of M8 × 1.25 and inner thread of M6 × 1.0, measuring exactly 20 mm in length with a 1.25 mm thread pitch. Made from 303 stainless steel, these inserts combine high tensile strength with good machinability and corrosion resistance. They function as mechanical thread adapters — allowing M6 screws to be securely installed into existing M8 threaded holes — while also repairing stripped M6 female threads by providing new, robust internal threading.
