M8x70mm Torque-Controlled Anchor Kit

This kit contains two M8 x 70mm stainless steel wall anchors, each with an integrated lifting ring eye bolt. All components are fabricated from 304 stainless steel — selected for its balanced combination of corrosion resistance, ductility, and weldability, ensuring durability even under cyclic loading or exposure to de-icing salts and urban pollutants. Installation requires only a 10mm drill bit and standard torque wrench: as the bolt is tightened, the internal tapered cone progressively expands the split sleeve radially, creating frictional and interlocking grip within the base material. Certified for use in solid concrete, masonry, and solid brick substrates, these anchors support static and semi-dynamic loads typical of domestic and light commercial applications — including perimeter security, window reinforcement, canopy framing, HVAC support brackets, interior fixture mounting, and decorative cladding attachments.
