Matte Black Spring Floor Latch

A compact, floor-integrated spring latch engineered specifically for UK residential and light commercial applications. Dimensions: 12.5 cm (L) × 4.5 cm (W) × 3.2 cm (H); weight: 480 g. Constructed from zinc alloy with a durable matte dumb black powder coat, it features a hardened steel spring bolt offering 22 mm of reliable throw. Installation involves anchoring into the floor threshold — compatible with wood, concrete and tiled substrates — and aligning precisely with the door’s bottom edge. The mechanism responds to light foot pressure for release and resets instantly upon release, enabling hands-free operation. Designed for wooden doors and sliding glass systems alike, it enhances security without compromising aesthetics or daily usability.
