Duchess Satin fabric is a highly lustrous, smooth, very finely woven heavy non stretch satin. It has a very subtle sheen that is classic and elegant and very different in appearance to most satins which generally have a high gloss finish. It is often used for making wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, evening wear, christening gowns and more. Minerva Classique Duchess Satin is a medium weight fabric made of 100% polyester with a plain pattern. It comes in a daffodil color and has a width of approximately 150cm or 60 inches. The recommended washing instructions are at 40 degrees. With a fabric weight of 193 gsm, this satin material is perfect for crafting projects such as dresses, skirts, and other garments. Its luxurious feel and vibrant color make it a great choice for creating elegant and stylish pieces. Fabric is cut from the roll and available to order by the metre.
