MLX90614ESF Contactless Temp Sensor Module

Each module measures 16.5 x 11.5 x 6 mm and is housed in a lightweight plastic casing. It features the MLX90614ESF infrared sensor, factory calibrated across a wide operating range: ambient temperature from -40°C to +125°C and object temperature from -70°C to +380°C. Accuracy is ±0.5°C within 0°C–50°C for both ambient (Ta) and object (To) readings, with a measurement resolution of 0.02°C. The module mounts on a breakout board with dual-pin options and includes onboard 10kΩ pull-up resistors for I²C — solder required (solder not included). It supports SMBus-compatible digital communication, offers customizable PWM output for continuous monitoring, and includes sleep mode to reduce power consumption. Designed for easy integration into 8–16V systems, it is suitable for single-zone or dual-zone configurations and offers versatile packaging for varied measurement setups.
