Designed for UK kitchen ergonomics: low profile fits under wall-mounted cabinets (minimum 13 cm clearance), yet tall enough to hold 20 cm chef knives fully upright. Constructed entirely from food-grade PP — rigid, stain-resistant and compatible with mild detergent cleaning. Compartment layout includes three primary knife slots (2.6 cm, 2.8 cm, 3.2 cm wide), one narrow 1.8 cm slot for paring knives, and a dual-purpose recessed zone for scissors or small tools. Ventilation system comprises continuous linear gaps (2 mm) along both longitudinal walls and a raised lattice base allowing full 360° air exposure. Base measures 20 cm × 11 cm with soft-grip textured zones covering 70% of contact area.
