N57 Intake Delete Plug Silver Red

This N57 intake swirl valve delete plug kit provides a clean, reliable solution for sealing the intake bridge after swirl flap removal on BMW N57 diesel engines. Made from a combination of plastic and metal, the plug features a distinctive silver and red finish. It seals the cavity left by the removed swirl flap shaft and works in conjunction with the original swirl flap motor housing — which, once refitted, holds the plug firmly in place. The included spacer adjusts for base wear to maintain correct compression and sealing integrity. Designed exclusively for N57-powered facelift BMWs: E90/E91/E92/E93 3-Series; F01/F02 7-Series; F07/F10/F11 5-Series; E70/E71 X5/X6. Not compatible with M57 or B57 engines.
