Nylon 3/4 Inch Float Control Valve

A mechanically actuated 3/4 inch water level control valve made entirely from durable, food-grade compatible nylon. Compact footprint (approx. 12 cm length), lightweight (0.15 kg), and rated for clean water service only. Operational limits: pressure 0.02–10 MPa, temperature ≤70°C. The valve uses an internal floating ball to sense water level — rising to close the flow path and falling to reopen — enabling fully autonomous tank refilling. Compatible with UK-standard domestic water pumps and pressure-switch-controlled systems. For siphon or artesian sources, minimum 15-metre vertical drop between source and valve outlet is essential for reliable operation. Correct installation is critical: fix the inlet pipe horizontally first, position the valve so the float hangs freely and vertically downward, ensure pipe nominal size matches 3/4 inch exactly, and confirm upstream isolation valve is fully open during use. When multiple valves serve the same tank, install at identical elevations. Always flush supply piping before initial use to eliminate weld slag, sand or debris that could impair float movement.
