Description
Flying Baule oat bran is the outer shell of the oat grain. Extremely rich in soluble fibers and pectin, it can absorb up to thirty times its volume in water. Its consumption during meals allows fibers to dissolve and thus mix with food and gel them.
Can be consumed by adding it regularly to milk, yogurt, tea, but also to soups and salads.
It is advisable to consume for breakfast, add to milk, yogurt, vegetable drinks and other muesli; for desserts, add to crambles, cookies, puddings; for other recipes, add to flour or other cereals.
May contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place.
