Optim Memory & Focus by Optim Laboratoire is a dietary supplement based on extracts of Bacopa monnieri – Brahmi (Bacognize®) and Longvida® curcumin. Bacopa monnieri (Bacognize®) and Longvida® curcumin contribute to maintaining concentration, attention, and memory, as well as keeping the mind clear. They also help support intellectual performance and reduce mental fatigue. It is an ideal product for both students and adults seeking support to maintain their cognitive functions. The Longvida® curcumin of Optim Memory & Focus was developed by a group of neuroscientists at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Several scientific studies have demonstrated that the Longvida® formulation increases the bioavailability of curcumin in its active (free) form, capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. A clinical study at Swinburne University showed that Longvida® curcumin significantly improves working memory and reduces mental fatigue. This patented optimized curcumin formula, Longvida curcumin, does not contain black pepper (or piperine), which can irritate the stomach in sensitive individuals.
