This portable coating thickness gauge is purpose-built for measuring plating and coating thicknesses — such as paint, enamel, chrome, and anodized layers — on both ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous (NFe) base metals like steel, aluminium, and copper. Measuring 12.8 × 5.5 × 3.6 cm and weighing only 109 g, it’s engineered for mobility across factory floors, spray booths, labs, and on-site inspections. The precision probe delivers 1 µm resolution across a 0–2000 µm range, with accuracy rated at ±(3% + 1 µm). Powered by two standard AAA batteries (not included), it includes battery-level monitoring and auto power-off. Supplied with calibration film and manual for immediate deployment.
