Precision Brass Air Release Valve

This precision-machined brass air release valve is manufactured to replicate the exact tolerances and functional behaviour of the original R0357200 component used in Jandy pool and spa filtration systems. Its brass body provides high tensile strength and uniform thermal conductivity, supporting reliable performance across variable ambient and water temperatures typical in UK outdoor and indoor pool environments. The valve operates passively — opening only when internal air pressure exceeds a calibrated threshold, then resealing automatically once equilibrium is restored. This mechanism prevents continuous air leakage while ensuring timely venting during filter startup, backwash transition or pressure fluctuation events. Fits directly into factory-drilled ports on Jandy DEV48/DEV60, DEL48/DEL60, CV340/CV460/CV580, CL340/CL460/CL580 and JS60-SM/JS100-SM filter bodies. Also confirmed compatible with JS Se Edition 2 — matching updated port chamfer angles and sealing lip engagement depth for leak-free operation.
