These 4 aluminium hose finisher clamps feature CNC-machined hex bodies with tight dimensional tolerances (±0.1 mm) for consistent fit and repeatable performance. Each clamp includes a hardened M4 stainless steel screw (A2 grade) paired with a matching aluminium body—preventing galvanic corrosion in damp conditions. Minimum hose wall thickness supported: 1.2 mm; maximum recommended working pressure: 8 bar at 20°C. Surface finish: as-machined (Ra ≤ 3.2 µm), providing inherent grip without added coatings. Compatible with non-reinforced and braid-reinforced hoses—tested with EPDM, NBR, and PVC compounds commonly sold in UK hardware stores.
