Precision Light Blocking Lens Stickers

Ultra-thin plastic lens stickers supplied in 100-unit packs, offered in two empirically validated sizes: 5mm (0.2") and 6mm (0.24") diameter — matching the most frequently encountered LED indicator footprints on CE-marked smart glasses distributed in the UK and EU. Thickness remains below 0.08mm to avoid interference with hinge mechanics or temple flex. Functionally, they serve as a passive optical shunt: absorbing and containing LED emissions rather than reflecting or diffusing them. This eliminates both direct line-of-sight glow and secondary reflections off nearby surfaces — a key advantage over metallic or mirrored alternatives that can scatter light unpredictably. The adhesive layer complies with REACH Annex XVII restrictions on phthalates and heavy metals, suitable for prolonged skin proximity on eyewear worn daily. Use cases span personal and professional contexts: clinicians covering diagnostic device LEDs during patient consultations; educators disabling webcam indicators in classroom laptops; and night-shift workers suppressing router and modem lights in sleeping areas — all relying on the same proven physical principle: occlusion at the source.
