PS2 Keyboard Interface Module UART I2C Parallel

This PS2 keyboard driver module operates at DC 5V and interfaces with standard PC PS2 keyboards. It measures approximately 4.5 × 2.8 cm (PCB board only) and weighs ~10 g. The module uses an embedded microcontroller to decode PS2 scan codes in real time, eliminating the need for host MCU keyboard firmware development. Key press data is output via UART (fixed baud rate 19200), parallel interface, or TWI/I2C — selectable via jumper configuration. The I2C slave address is fixed at 0x04. When I2C is not used, the 'IIC/TWI enable' jumper must be removed to ensure proper UART or parallel operation. Ideal for robotics, embedded control systems, and educational electronics projects requiring reliable, plug-and-play keyboard input.
