PVC Polyester-Reinforced Layflat Hose

This 20-metre layflat discharge hose features a 25 mm inner diameter and is made from flexible blue PVC extruded around a tightly woven polyester reinforcement layer. Outer diameter expands to ~32 mm when pressurised and rounded. Wall thickness is consistently maintained between 1.5 and 2.0 mm. Weighs approximately 2.8 kg per unit. Certified for sustained operation at pressures from 0.3 to 1.0 MPa, with independent verification confirming burst resistance up to 10 bar. Intended exclusively for low-to-medium pressure, gravity- or pump-assisted water transfer tasks such as emptying swimming pools, draining garden ponds, clearing flooded driveways or sumps, and servicing hot tubs. Must remain fully flattened during active use to preserve hydraulic efficiency and structural integrity — not suitable for elevated discharge or continuous pressurised irrigation.
