Angle adjustment is limited to 26–27°, offering targeted precision for typical kitchen blades without unnecessary complexity. Stage 1 uses aggressive tungsten abrasion to re-establish edge geometry; Stage 2 applies finer tungsten grit to define the apex; Stage 3 polishes the edge microstructure for reduced friction; Stage 4 removes burrs using a soft-contact slot. Designed for dry operation — no lubrication, no mess, no cleanup. Suitable for knives up to 20 cm blade length and scissors with blades up to 10 cm.
