Rectangular Skimmer Backflow Flap

Dimensions: 19.5 × 13.5 × 2.2 cm. White plastic. Specifically engineered for above-ground pool skimmer doors requiring a functional backflow prevention flap. This flap serves two primary roles: first, it blocks large debris from entering the suction line; second, it halts reverse water movement when the pump cycles off — a key factor in maintaining balanced chemical levels and avoiding stagnant pockets near the skimmer mouth. Its thickness provides enough mass to stay closed under gravity alone, yet remains light enough to open fully under normal pump suction. Designed for compatibility with common skimmer door profiles used by major UK pool retailers. No branding or model-specific coding — relies solely on physical fit and function. Includes one unit per pack, ready for immediate installation.
