Red White Blue LED Strobe NE555 Kit

A purpose-built electronics education kit delivering a functional three-colour strobe light controlled by the NE555 timer IC. The PCB is single-sided, 5.5 cm × 3.5 cm, with plated-through holes and durable silkscreen. Total kit contents: two PCBs, two NE555 ICs, six LEDs (2× red, 2× white, 2× blue), twelve resistors (including current-limiting and timing network values), four capacitors (two 10 µF, two 100 nF), two 1N4007 diodes, and two sets of pre-sorted component bags with labelled stickers. Designed for 6 V DC nominal operation (range 5–9 V), drawing under 30 mA per channel. No solder, tools, or power supply included. Ideal for UK GCSE/A-Level Electronics, BTEC Engineering labs, university introductory courses, and home-based technical upskilling. Fully compatible with standard UK-style 230 V AC adapters with regulated 6–9 V DC output.
