Reusable Beeswax Sourdough Storage

A 2-pack of extra-large (17 x 12 inches) bread storage bags made from 100% organic cotton and coated with a natural, food-safe mixture of beeswax, jojoba oil, and tree resin. The coating is hand-applied for even coverage and durability, resulting in a soft, pliable surface that conforms to loaf shape while forming a gentle, self-sealing closure. Weight and drape are balanced for both countertop display and compact pantry storage. These bags actively support bread longevity: the wax layer repels external moisture while permitting internal vapour exchange—slowing staling enzymes and inhibiting surface mould growth common in humid British environments. Ideal for sourdough, wholegrain loaves, brioche, and fruit loaves where texture preservation is critical. Widely adopted by UK home bakers and small-scale producers alike, they serve as reliable, plastic-free alternatives for everyday storage, gifting, farmer’s market sales, and zero-waste kitchen routines—backed by simple, cold-water cleaning and air-drying protocols.
