A pack of 100 flat, pre-cut parchment sheets sized precisely at 40 × 30 cm. Constructed from unbleached kraft paper with a uniform, food-grade silicone coating applied on one side. This coating ensures dependable non-stick behaviour and resistance to oil migration during heating. Compatible with conventional ovens, fan-assisted ovens, air fryers, steam ovens and open grills. Common applications include baking cookies and pastries, roasting vegetables and meats, steaming fish parcels, and lining serving trays. The natural brown hue indicates minimal processing — no chlorine, no fluorescent brighteners, no added fragrance. Sheets lie flat without curling, supporting precise placement and even heat distribution.
