Designed specifically for single-axis stepper motor control, this ZK-SMC01 module delivers reliable motion management across general industrial applications. It accepts DC 5–30V input, uses common-cathode stepper motor signals, and features an onboard LCD for local monitoring and adjustment. Core functionality includes automatic sequence execution, manual jog control, parameter configuration, and TTL-level serial communication. Users can define and store motion profiles—including speed (0.1–999 rpm), forward/reverse pulse counts (1–9999), delay times (0.0–999.9 s), total cycles (1–9999), and up to 128 motion segments—with full retention after power loss. Operating temperature range is –5°C to 60°C (non-condensing). Housed in plastic, it is intended for non-life-critical industrial use only—not certified for medical, fire safety, or other regulated domains.
