Sliding Balsa Float Set 5pcs

This pack contains five individually assembled sliding fishing floats made entirely from sustainably sourced balsa wood. Each unit measures approx. 26.5 cm (10.4 in) overall, with a compact 7.7 cm (3 in) buoyant body and an elongated 17 cm (6.7 in) tail section designed for maximum visual contrast. The 2 cm (0.8 in) drift feet ensure stable upright positioning in flow, and the 4-mesh structure improves hydrodynamic response. Rated at 5g float mass plus 2g built-in lead weight for consistent performance. The sliding action enables real-time bite indication through subtle line movement — far more responsive than fixed floats when targeting species like roach, dace, or perch in slow-moving canals or weedy margins. The low-VOC, environmentally conscious coating ensures long-term colour retention and corrosion resistance, even after repeated submersion in brackish estuary edges or freshwater lakes. Colours are randomly assigned across the set to support multi-rod setups or varied water clarity conditions — no two floats share identical hue intensity or reflection properties.
