Soft-Start PWM DC Motor Controller

Plastic-cased DC motor speed controller sized 79 × 43 × 26 mm (3.11 × 1.69 × 1.02 in). Operates on DC 5–30 V input — validated for reliable performance at 6 V, 12 V and 24 V supply levels. Rated for continuous 12 A current (20 A peak), supporting up to 360 W motor loads. PWM frequency is user-adjustable between 1 kHz and 99 kHz in precise 1 kHz steps, with 20 kHz pre-set for silent operation. Features full digital configuration of duty cycle, min/max limits and frequency via clear 3-digit LED readout. Soft-start logic gradually ramps voltage at power-on, lowering inrush current and protecting motor insulation and brushes. Local start/stop buttons complement external switch terminals for versatile mounting and control strategies. Reverse-polarity protection built into input circuitry prevents damage from miswiring.
