Product description: The Solabiol® Bio Tree Wound Closure is a ready-to-use wound closure product based on maritime pine tar. It closes tree wounds and cracks airtight, so that the wounds are protected from the penetration of pathogens. The smell of the organic tree wound closure is reminiscent of smoked food and as a side effect keeps rodents away from the plant. Instructions for use:Use on fruit trees, ornamental shrubs (from the year of planting) after pruning or mechanical injuries (frost cracks, broken branches). Clean the wound and cut it smooth with a sharp knife. In case of fungal infestation, cut out to healthy wood. Apply tree wound closure to the fresh and cleaned wound surface up to 2 cm beyond the edge. Can also be used in light frost (down to -2 °C).
