Soluble Roasted Chicory from Les Cafés Dagobert is a cleanser and purifier, which purifies the blood. Helps digestion and stimulates appetite. It also has a beneficial action on fever and nervousness. It fills iron deficiencies, contains phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. In other words, the little-known virtues of this plant help improve the general health of the organism. For optimal freshness, Dagobert coffees are roasted to order and packaged in Sainte-Olive (01). In order to obtain a heart-roasted coffee bean, the transformation is done in an artisanal way. The roasting is carried out with 2 small devices which roast the coffee beans for 20 minutes at 220 ° C maximum. It is advisable to consume as a pure hot drink, mixed with coffee, as an infusion, as a hot or cold drink, with water or milk, pure or mixed with coffee.
