Soy Lecithin from Ana María Lajusticia, is a food supplement based on Soy Lecithin. Lecithin is the phospholipid that gives flexibility to the membranes of all living beings and, also, it is the molecule that, by esterifying LDL, leads it to the liver. This lecithin emulsifies fats, favoring their digestion and their dispersion in the blood, avoiding the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones. Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline. Choline, among other functions, is a precursor of neurotransmitters involved in cognitive functions, such as memory. It is recommended to take 6 to 9 pearls a day, divided between the 3 main meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Close the bottle hermetically and keep in a cool and dry place.
