Sturdy AM5-Temp Resistant Bracket

Compact yet highly engineered bracket sized at approx. 51 × 71.7 × 5.6 mm (2 × 2.82 × 0.22 in), built specifically for the ABF 1700 AM5-TPGS CPU fixed frame. Core material is aerospace-grade aluminum alloy — chosen for its balanced strength-to-weight ratio, excellent thermal response, and proven resilience against thermal expansion mismatch. The bracket’s cross-sectional thickness and ribbed reinforcement ensure minimal flex under high clamping torque, directly supporting consistent CPU socket seating. Its surface is naturally oxide-resistant and requires no plating — eliminating potential flaking or galvanic corrosion when paired with copper heatsinks or nickel-plated coolers. Installation is intuitive and irreversible once engaged — no risk of accidental disengagement during transport or handling. Fireproof gaskets rated for continuous operation above 200°C provide fail-safe insulation at all electrical interfaces, significantly lowering the probability of ground faults or thermal runaway near the CPU socket. This contributes to longer platform lifespan and safer operation under demanding thermal loads.
