Gaps in the lawn are closed again by the lawn itself. Weeds have correspondingly less opportunity to develop and establish themselves. The lawn regenerates more quickly after dry periods.The coating of the seed leads to better soil contact and the seeds can be scattered particularly easily and evenly. The nutrients and envelopes it contains promote germination and development of the seedling. Green colouring of the seed - protects against bird damage (more seeds germinate). The special lawn seed variety RPR (Regenerating Perennial Raygrass) ensures rapid germination and development of the lawn. Since it is self-regenerating, it enables extremely rapid gap closure and a high load-bearing capacity of the turf. Sowing is possible between April and October with an average soil temperature of at least 10°C. Attention: In spring, air and ground temperatures can still differ greatly. Apply SUBSTRAL® lawn seeds "The Robust" evenly with the lateral and integrated spreading aid. Spreaders such as SUBSTRAL® Handy Green or SUBSTRAL® Easy Green can also be used. Please avoid overdosing, because if sowing too densely, the grasses will hinder each other's development. The application rate is 20g/m². After sowing, seeds and possibly fertiliser are worked into the soil about 1 cm deep with a rake. The resulting rough soil surface protects the seeds from drying out. After use, close the flap and store the carton in a dry place. Water the sown lawn regularly and keep the young seedlings moist throughout (especially in the first 3-4 weeks). The first time may be mowed when the young lawn has grown 8-10 cm high.
