Turn-Based Card Mechanics: Each turn, players draw a new card but must plan carefully as no renovations are allowed after construction. Skipping turns to draw more cards can be a tactical choice. Bonus Points System: Players can accumulate bonus points by meeting specific town plan requirements, such as constructing the tallest houses in blue districts or having the majority in red districts, encouraging various strategies.
