Thick-Padded Glute Kickback Ankle Straps

Specifically tuned for glute isolation and posterior chain development, these ankle straps integrate 5mm thickened sponge padding within a supportive 7mm SBR chassis — offering firm yet forgiving contact against the ankle. The integrated D-shaped metal ring sits flush against the strap body to prevent cable twist and allow smooth arc motion during kickbacks and curls. Adjustable hook-and-loop closure ensures snug fit without pinching, even during high-rep sets. Use them on vertical cable columns for standing kickbacks, on low pulleys for prone leg curls, or on functional trainers for resisted walking lunges. The unisex sizing accommodates both petite and athletic builds, and the dense padding remains effective whether worn barefoot or with minimal socks — ideal for carpeted home gyms or rubber-floored studios. Each pair is pre-tested for tensile strength and ring integrity, meeting baseline expectations for UK consumer safety standards in resistance training accessories.
