Precisely engineered OEM-style flapper for Toto Power Gravity THU140S toilets. Measures standard THU140S flush valve interface dimensions with elastomeric sealing disc and integrated lift arm. Weighs approx. 12 g. Constructed from chemical-resistant elastomer to withstand prolonged exposure to tank water, chlorine, and mineral deposits. Ensures full-seal retention between flushes and controlled, complete valve opening during actuation. Restores intended flush volume, tank refill timing, and silent operation by eliminating seepage past a degraded original flapper. Ideal for residential bathrooms, rental properties, and light commercial restrooms where THU140S fixtures are installed.
