Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before installing the vinyl to ensure proper adhesion and remove contaminants that may cause imperfections. 2. Use a heat gun to make the vinyl more pliable during installation and to help remove wrinkles. 3. Use a soft rubber squeegee to smooth out bubbles and wrinkles. Important reminders: 1. Do not apply in rainy or cloudy weather. 2. Do not wax the surface one week prior to application. 3. Do not wash the surface for 6 to 16 hours after application.
