UPC1237 Speaker Safety Relay Board

This ready-to-use protection board measures 65 × 50 × 30 mm and is manufactured on a single-layer PCB for signal fidelity and long-term reliability. It leverages the UPC1237 IC to autonomously safeguard connected loudspeakers from three primary failure modes: DC fault at output, transient turn-on surge, and abnormal voltage conditions. The onboard relay physically isolates speakers when unsafe parameters are detected, then re-engages automatically once conditions return to normal. Designed for integration into Class AB, Class D, and tube-based amplifiers where passive protection methods fall short.
