Engineered for stability and ease of use, this USB to DMX512 adapter uses a dedicated microprocessor to manage USB command interpretation and DMX packet generation. Housed in a sleek black ABS casing with a rugged metal shell over the USB-A plug, it delivers consistent performance across repeated connect/disconnect cycles. Physical dimensions: ~12 cm length, 3 cm width, 2 cm height; weight: 85 g. Connects to lighting gear via a standard 3-pin DIN female socket. Requires Freestyle software for configuration — supporting custom DMX address assignment, channel grouping, and output timing adjustments. Works natively on Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 (32-bit and 64-bit). Package includes one adapter and one CD with drivers, Freestyle software, and installation guidance.
